Orbit Analysis Work Order

Moku provides the following services to Customer.

Product Mission:

Provide a clearly defined view of the Customer's client journey, how they execute the fulfillment of their goods and services, and suggest other ways they can improve their systems, tools and ability to service their ICP. This analysis is accompanied with a set of professional suggestions and strategy that will help customer see a path to growth in their business.

Service Description

This product is intended to provide an Audit (where they are now), Objectives (set course), & Suggested Strategy (how to get them there) to accompany each of the following areas of focus. The 4 stages outlined will be delivered one stage at a time as to provide significant breakthrough's throughout the process of the Audit.

It is anticipated that Moku will take up to 12 weeks to perform the research & deliver its findings using a combination of software and manually driven research. Areas of focus will include but is not limited to

Disclaimer:

A critical part of this report and the strategy will be to help customer identify their ICP Delivery of a proper strategy is entirely dependent on the customers ability to come to a consensus of who this is. Moku will do their best to guide customer through this journey, but will be unable to deliver a high level of specificity on strategy without an agreed target market or niche for Customer.

Several other parts of this report will require an open dialogue with members of Moku to the Customers organization to provide certain data points, access to websites, and financial reports. If Customer does not provide the access needed, Moku will not be able to deliver the report in full as described in the sections above.

Terms of this agreement are in accordance to the Terms of Service agreed to in the Master Service

Agreement unless dictated differently in this work order.
